workshops?
« on: March 01, 2008, 01:57:29 PM »

hey

just joined. absolutely no practical experience in circuitbending but i am a bit of a music freak who has made quite a lot of my hifi from kits and have always aspired to making some noise myself. i am just about to start buying a few bits and bobs off ebay to have a play with but wanted to know what makes a component good bendable material?
are there any workshops in london and the se?

The best way to start learning is to go to a car boot sale.
Get AS MANY things as you can, like speaking toys, VTechs etc. Make sure to get a lot in case some are very shit bends.
Pop them open and start playing.
