Don't know if these are any help, there's a random selection, but they're all available free.

Im having a problem finding the data sheet for the GT1322 vintage germanium transistor, does any one know of other data sheet sites? iv just spent about an hour of googling, but to no avail
I know its most likely going to be the same as any PNP transistor with a TO-1 case, but, you know, its just nice to have the data sheet
thanks

Yeah, the data is:
Vce: about 12v
Vbe: about 11v
Hfe: sod all
noise: loads

Thanks heaps. I googled for it, but came up with nothing. I appreciate this a lot =)
I'd like to bend my PSS 140 and SU-10, but want to explore it after knowing something about the IC's... and not just depending on the (admittedly wonderful) tutorials around...

Are you sure those are the right part numbers. I wouldn't claim to be an expert but they sound a little unlikely
For a start, RS 307-109 is an order code from RS electronics for a discontinued Darligton Driver array:

"2083" sounds awfy like "ULN2083" which is indeed a Darlington array. Bear in mind that often one line of numbers is the date code. "3008" would suggest the 30th week of 2008, but that can't really be right...

Funny you should mention the ULN2003A as i also have one of those, but i found the data sheet for that.
the OEC3008 happens to be 28 pin, where as the ULN is only 16.
Thanks for the help with the Radio shack one, i had thought RS stood for radio shack but i only looked on the US website and the search didn't throe anything up.

I'm not sure what the RS in RS electronics stands for but its not Radio Shack. RS are a huge european company, originally from the UK i think, and Radio Shack are a US company.
Anyone know if Tandy still exist in the UK, i've not seen one around for years?

Aah right.
Tandy? i recognise that name. It'll be one of those companies that either got sucked up by a bigger one, or moved from the public sector and just build niche things for someone else. or summat
