Just got myself one of these (the newer ones that came out in the Uk before Xmas) anyone done any experimenting on it? Mine seems like a real bugger to get open for a start! *grin*

As far as i can tell a stylophone is just an analogue oscillator with a control voltage for pitch, and thats it.

You could put in a pitch knob or some kind of optical pitch control but i think thats about it and theres a million other things you can do that on.

I've never really understood the appeal of stylophones  Undecided

these new ones have several different sounds and vibration control and stuff tho... i think the fun is in the interface, the little metal strip is kinda satisfying Smiley
