Released under the WTFPL, with the proviso that if you use bits of it in a commercial track I'd like you to send me a copy. It's the contents of a firmware ROM fed through a software LPC10 codec similar to the ones used in a Speak'n'Spell.
It can't need *much* - there wasn't a lot inside the chips used in the original Speak'n'Spell. Given the technology of the day, I reckon it must be pretty crude...
