We're sure you'll all be literally seething with somewhat unpleasant and possibly illegal sticky delight to learn that we now have mods available for the mighty Casio RZ-1 sampling drum machine. The mods consist of two 16 way patchbays, one for the ROM sounds and one for the sampled sounds. There are also two patching multiples and two patchable switches along with the option of bringing the tone / filter knobs out to the front panel so they can actually be used as an effect.
Many thanks to Matt Newlove for letting us prototype his RZ-1. Remember, if you have any machine we could use as a prototype for a set of standard mods we may offer to circuitbend it for you for a much lower price than the resulting standard mods set. You may even end up with extra mods that don't make it to the standard models. Get in touch if you have anything you think we might be interested in.
