Updated the forum

I've finally got around to updating the forum by about 20 odd versions to the latest version so you may find a few new things have appeared and some things may not work quite as they should. If anyone finds anything not working quite right, let me know on this thread and i'll see if i can sort it out.

Theres a possibility some of the permissions may have slightly changed so if you find you can't post on some boards, you can't edit posts or you can do things you know you shouldn't be able to do, please let me know. One drawback seems to be that all my PM's seem to have disappeared but i'm not quite sure why that is

The biggest positive result of updating is that theres finally a captcha thing to type in when people register, which has resulted in one spam signup in the past two days instead of the usual 30 or so. I've lifted the ban on registering with gmail email addresses as a result.
