Casiotone MT-68
« on: June 07, 2010, 05:30:16 AM »

So I just picked one of these up from my school for free. It has surprisingly good sounds, analogue rhythm, etc, but I want noise. Pure noise. I was wondering if anyone has ever dealt with one of these. I'm pretty good with electronics. I'm also wondering if in addition to any noisy modifications if there are any sort of VCF/Arpeggiator mods like there are with the MT-100. Thanks

i'm not sure which casio this is. if it is one with the med size keys (similar to sk1 or mt-205), then probing for bends will be easy. i like these keyboards, because of the solder spots that  flow from the cpu. i do not, however , like soldering to a semiconductor pin....too tempermental!
