is this a hing hon clone? Maybe it shares the same heart, then i'm getting one.

It certainly looks like it would use to same chipset. On the other hand theres more than one version of the Hing Hon chipset.  :-\

i would love to find another one of these.  (hing hon that is).

has anybody ran across a bend on this, where you can tune the notes way down to sub-octave levels? on my concertmate-300 i discovered that, and it sounds sooo goood! ;-)

is ~$25 too much for one of these? What do you think? It's hard to find one wich is cheap including shipping

if i had to guess, i would say no. i dont think the hin hong has volume buttons. i think there might be too many buttons on this keyboard to be a hin hong. it looks like it has a record button? i'd say pass. there will always be more.

You can get those for about £2 in the UK. All they are is an extremely unstable analogue oscillator with a keyboard thats basically a load of resistors strung together with key contacts. Its more or less a really cheap stylophone with keys.

There not really a lot you can do with that unless you just want an audio oscillator for some reason.

it sucks to find good keyboards around here... anyone knows a good webshop for keyboards like the hing hon with free or cheap internationall shipping??
Dealextreme should sell those things, would be sweet.
