after downloading pdf of the manual for the gakken sx-150, i discovered (as i figured anyway) the print is in japanese.

i turned on "read out loud", and was blown away!

the result was individual letters being read outloud! "cixppsj..." etc. when a punctuation was read, it read as a word, "apostrophe" etc.

the computer voice was very glitchy, and the letters often blended, making it sound like psychobabble! i may import this into garageband, and add just a tad of echo to make it mesh together even more.
