Title: GOOD QUALITY MIDI/DIMSYNC SOCKETS

anybody know where i can get good midi din sockets the ones in maplin are crap if you touch the cable the timing slips the cable seems loose in the socket

Look for 5 pin DIN, 180 degrees. A bit like this one:
