Sounds quite like AFX (gwarek2 :D) Good work and great sound. Have you got better quality file? it's great sample!

It would be nice with some more documentation on this bend.
Me and my friends have been dreaming up all kinds of bends
for the walkman (cv-cotrolled tapedelay, forwards playback - backwards recording etc),
but never gotten around to it.
