whats with the statue crying blood and the exorcist child there?

as this some kind or supernaturnal horror based spam?

And why is there a big list of your standard spam type topics with link i've removed, which then has 'Alarm clocks' and 'Travel clocks' at the end? Not your usual spam items  :-\
