Hi Ken,
Thanks for your bending hints to the VL-Tone.
I started to bend mine. Looks like there are many possiibilities, i´ll post my results somewhere whith fotos and sound, i think i need some more days. I will not use the original housing except for the keys, because there is not enough space for the switches and knobs.

I almost finished the bending of the VL-Tone.
I added a bigger case to the unit but left the original case unchanged except for a hole on the frontside for the wiring.
bends:

1.) I implemented a little patch matrix, -> patrtly with filters, permutations of patches bring interesting and weirsd sounds.
2.) some Body contacs --> Pitch changes
3.) Two external oscillators and filters for modulation of the signals.
4.) external Trigger jack for triggering the one finger play key.
5.) Ringmodulator planned this weekend.
6.) Additional extern soundgenerator with the possibility to mix in the ringmod planned this weekend.

After finishingi will upload fotos and soundsamples.

Will post here as soon as i finished it.

You will !!

I almost finished it... And the system is really weird now. Tonight i had a close encounter of the third kind.
I patched some bent points with two external oscillators and the system slowly began to oscillate and it went into huge resonances and i was not able to switch it off, the frequencies changed and huge cacophonies swelled up and down. i was only able to stop it by a total reset with the backside reset switch....  :o  :o

I will use this effect as a drone oscillator in future songs.... very cool !!!  8)  ;D
