PolyPhuckin:
Im having a problem finding the data sheet for the GT1322 vintage germanium transistor, does any one know of other data sheet sites? iv just spent about an hour of googling, but to no avail   :(

I know its most likely going to be the same as any PNP transistor with a TO-1 case, but, you know, its just nice to have the data sheet  ;)

thanks

Gordonjcp:
Yeah, the data is:

Vce: about 12v
Vbe: about 11v
Hfe: sod all
noise: loads

;-)

Thanks heaps. I googled for it, but came up with nothing. I appreciate this a lot =)

I'd like to bend my PSS 140 and SU-10, but want to explore it after knowing something about the IC's... and not just depending on the (admittedly wonderful) tutorials around...

Another datasheet request.

i appear to have acquired some random chips but cant find their sheet anywhere.
they are: RS 307-109     and    OEC3008 2083

Any help would be appreciated  ;)
