Presumably plus 20% VAT added by customs to import it, which will come to nearly £35.
You have to pay the VAT, but when parcel force try and sting you for the £14 handling fee just tell them you didn't ask them to do anything on your behalf and you haven't entered into any contract with them to clear the package through customs for you. Its illegal for them to hold onto your package and demand a handling fee if you've paid the customs fee. Just phone up and say you want to pay the VAT but you won't be paying the handling fee at that time. As soon as you pay the VAT they will release the package and then send you an invoice for the handling fee, which you can safely ignore as the charge is illegal, they know it and they can't afford for it to go to court.
