OH! OH! Can I play?

Yardsales have been my best friends lately:

Yamaha DD55 (the big one) - $5
Blue Man Group keyboard - $2
PSS-470 - $11
CZ-101 - $40
FIVE Barbie DJ Karaoke Echo thingies (and they all work)!! - $1 to $3.95 ea.

Now if I could just find that many Hing Hon's floating around. :D

cz101 is great little machine, big bass.. i also payed 40 for mine  :)

found 2 tascam dat recorders in the street few weeks ago, but i already have a marantz cd recorder deck wich i
use as master recorder (found for 15 euro in the fleemarket  ;D )
so i sold them for 75 euro
not long before that i got a emu proteus 2 for 15 euro (little work) and an esi 32 with full options for 20 euro
as well as a dx7 with expanded memory and backlight for 60 euro
btw, i have about 5 or 6 19" delay's , never payed more than 25 orso for them, wich i also found great deals,
theyre very freaky machines by the way, in series, cross feedbacking etc... nice

anyways, good times for cheap hardware  :D let them all switch to zero's and one's and leave their old machines
for the freaks

I just "dumpster dive" the right places...
What, like thrift store dumpsters? PM me if you don't want to say it on the forum. :D

Plus, I live in LA. I'm guessing most of the people on here live on a different continent.

LoFi-Ninja

No thrift stores. Only dumpsters filled with electronics. Where to find them is your own headache.. :P

I found a Commodore C64C + Datasette and power supply in the dump yesterday.. Weee

I want to know where this dump is .......

There was a good one here but they relocated it and now the damned thing is like a fortress. No piking bendables for me anymore.

My girlfriend approves mind you. "Let's go for a walk" soon started to meet the instant reply of "fuck off we're not walking past the dump"  ::)
