Is it possible to circuitbend a boss me 50 guitarpedal?

There may be some bends, but I wouldn't risk it on something that expensive. If you want to have something done to it (I'm not sure if there is anything in it, but maybe), contact someone like Paul and have them do it, unless you know what you are doing inside the circuit.

Its going to be all DSP stuff isn't it? I'm assuming even the distortion will be digitally modelled on something like this. Its probably exactly the same engine as every other COSM based Roland/Boss FX unit in the same price range.
I'd suspect that trying to mod something like this would be madness, unless you have the ability to reverse engineer and rewrite firmware of this complexity, which i certainly don't ;)

My knowledge is very low so as my english, but is it theoretically possible to rewrite the firmware? Can you maybe describe it?

Basically, no it isn't.
If you were an absolute expert on these things and had a LOT of time on your hands, you might be able to do something if Roland/Boss gave you a LOT of assistance, but even then i'd imagine it would be horrendously difficult and pointless.
I'm guessing you don't have the time or the money to get the qualifications and education you'd need before attempting something like this. A masters degree in electronic design and programming would probably be helpful :-\

I'm sure I've seen someone bend the clock on a cheap zoom somewhere. Is that not a potentially universal mod on multi-effects?

very possibly, but a cheap zoom is probably light years away from something like an ME50 in terms of the technology used. The Boss is probably 90% custom firmware running on some serious DSP power, where as a cheap zoom is very likely some cheap off the shelf effects chips thrown into a box.
I could be entirely wrong though.......
