Thats the RAM chip on the right. Short anything but the ground and +5v to each other.

Thats the ceramic resonator with one leg pulled from the board to install an LTC

I found something really disappointing in that keyboard..""z-got no drum!!  ::) Why?
Not even Mr Casio would have done something similar!!...apart that i loves dogs, lions, and gospel chorus!!

Thanks for the infos i heard around that-that is better than sk1 Samplewise..maybe z-gonna be interesting...
Thanks again as soon as i get a result i'll post a picture or something.

hey Simon well worth adding the midi kit that's what i did to mine it's pretty straitforward, but be sure to read the instructions for the midi kit there is different ways to set up the midi board, i fucked it up the first time i did it and had to resolder the resistors which was a bit of a fucker.  i like the sounds of this little beast.

...The UMR seems to be a very nice add on...i think i should.
I will read the instruction sure...i already had a bad soldering experience with it and desolder the transistor array was a nightmare...so bad..i had to destroy it and pull the little tedious legs one by one!!..nightmare!!!!!

Thanks for add some inspiration to my search :)
