Hi all.
Can anyone help me with finding a datasheet for the Analog Devices IC - AD533JD?
I recently acquired a couple of these chips and, as yet, have not been able to find any information about the pin-out configuration.
I know they are analogue multipliers, and was going to use them in some ringmod circuits, but can't do anything with them yet!
Any leads would be amazing!!
James.

the datasheet is here http://www.analog.com/static/imported-files/data_sheets_obsolete/OBSOLETE%20WATERMARK/AD533.pdf (http://www.analog.com/static/imported-files/data_sheets_obsolete/OBSOLETE%20WATERMARK/AD533.pdf)
but Analog Devices have kindly printed the word OBSOLETE accross every page. The AD532 is the replacement which can be found here http://www.analog.com/static/imported-files/data_sheets/AD532.pdf (http://www.analog.com/static/imported-files/data_sheets/AD532.pdf)

Much obliged yo yo!
The 533 is a nice piece of kit, made of gold so will add some bling to me board innit! hehe

I got some samples of a matched pair transistor array from Analog Devices yesterday and they arrived via courier from The Netherlands in a black foam lined case like something out of James Bond. With the gold plating they look like some kind expensive transistor based jewellry in a presentation case ;)
