Title: Feedback noise problem
Post by: tilde on April 20, 2013, 05:14:40 PM
I've found some feedback points on a sound spa I'm bending. However when I connected them to pots and switches I found there is a lot of interference and static noises when I touch the pots or switches. Is this a ground problem or should I avoid these points on the board - be a shame not to use them as the feedback is nice.

Anyone know a way around this please?

You could try using shielded cable and ground the shield to the board on one end and body of the pot on the other, assuming you're using metal pots.

Thanks Paul, I'll order some shielded cable and give it a try.
