Don't know if these are any help, there's a random selection, but they're all available free.

Here's a link to a big datasheet library.
http://www.datasheetcatalog.com/
on the yamaha A5000 group there was this link :
http://www.loscha.com/miller/Yamaha_IC_Data_Book.pdf
extremely usefull, so download quick !!
includes all the datasheets and info on yamaha ic's !
... Is anyone interested in re-uploading that Yamaha IC PDF?
I googled and archive.org'ed for it but came up with nothing. I'm sure lots of peeps would appreciate that doco, not only me :)
Cheers.
its here:

in fact theres loads of useful stuff here:

Yamaha TX816 service manual anyone? ;)
Im having a problem finding the data sheet for the GT1322 vintage germanium transistor, does any one know of other data sheet sites? iv just spent about an hour of googling, but to no avail :(
I know its most likely going to be the same as any PNP transistor with a TO-1 case, but, you know, its just nice to have the data sheet ;)
thanks
Yeah, the data is:
Vce: about 12v
Vbe: about 11v
Hfe: sod all
noise: loads

Thats pretty much the same for all those damn vintage trannys

Thanks heaps. I googled for it, but came up with nothing. I appreciate this a lot =)
I'd like to bend my PSS 140 and SU-10, but want to explore it after knowing something about the IC's... and not just depending on the (admittedly wonderful) tutorials around...
Another datasheet request.
i appear to have acquired some random chips but cant find their sheet anywhere.
they are: RS 307-109 and OEC3008 2083
Any help would be appreciated ;)
Are you sure those are the right part numbers. I wouldn't claim to be an expert but they sound a little unlikely
For a start, RS 307-109 is an order code from RS electronics for a discontinued Darligton Driver array:
http://uk.rs-online.com/web/search/searchBrowseAction.html?method=searchProducts&searchTerm=307-109&x=8&y=11
"2083" sounds awfy like "ULN2083" which is indeed a Darlington array. Bear in mind that often one line of numbers is the date code. "3008" would suggest the 30th week of 2008, but that can't really be right...
Funny you should mention the ULN2003A as i also have one of those, but i found the data sheet for that.
the OEC3008 happens to be 28 pin, where as the ULN is only 16.
Thanks for the help with the Radio shack one, i had thought RS stood for radio shack but i only looked on the US website and the search didn't throe anything up.
I'm not sure what the RS in RS electronics stands for but its not Radio Shack. RS are a huge european company, originally from the UK i think, and Radio Shack are a US company.
Anyone know if Tandy still exist in the UK, i've not seen one around for years?

Aah right.
Tandy? i recognise that name. It'll be one of those companies that either got sucked up by a bigger one, or moved from the public sector and just build niche things for someone else. or summat ;)
'In 1963, Radio Shack was purchased by the Tandy Corporation, which was originally a leather goods corporation, and renamed Tandy Radio Shack & leather. Tandy eventually divested itself of its non-electronic product lines.
Tandy (through InterTAN) also operated a chain similar to RadioShack in the UK under the "Tandy" name from the 1970s until the late 1990s. The stores were sold to Carphone Warehouse in 1999, and over the next few years were converted to that format, or sold off.'
Never let it be said that this site isn't educational ;)
Leather and electronics. what and odd combination haha

Every days a school day ;)
Tandy are long gone, in the UK at least. They were the UK arm of Radio Shack. A lot of the stuff they sold was either badged as Tandy, Radio Shack or Intertan, depending on market segment.

the art of rebadging taken to the extremes :D
Tandy Electronics was the international trading name of Radio Shack here in Australia but it was swallowed up by another electronics giant Dick Smith Electronics (also known as DSE), back in 2000. The name 'Tandy Electronics' has been kept but was never popular down under because most of the products were overpriced and considered to be substandard. There are many Tandy Electronics stores across Australia still and even the logo hasn't changed much over the last 20 years!
The 'RS' in RS Electronics and RS Components stands for 'Radio Spares', not Radio Shack :)
