Title: Having a clear out - FREE STUFF
Post by: Circuitbenders on April 20, 2011, 08:16:45 PM
right, i'm clearing out a box of stuff thats been lying around for years and i'm never going to get around to bending so its free to anyone that wants to pay postage, as i can't be bothered to stick it all up on ebay for a couple of £'s each

What we have up for grabs is:

Atari 2600 console X2 (untested) GONE
IQ Builders - My little talking computer X 2 (can do some nice glitches) GONE
Little Tykes guitar GONE
A soft toy bear that tells you stories when you press its feet. GONE
Video Tech VEC1070 video mixer / processor GONE
Casio PT80 - a bit knackered and yellow but it works GONE
A yellow butterly thingGONE
An ELC toy - 8 note keyboard with dog, cat and bird sounds GONE
A purple Kawasaki keyboard GONE
A lego musical thing GONE
A small sampling picture frame / alarm clock GONE
Interactive dinosaurs gameGONE

If you want anything send me a PM with details of where you live and what you want, and i'll get back to you with a shipping quote. I could do with getting rid of these fairly quickly as i need the space.

i think i bought 5 or 6 atari 2600's in a box years ago. God knows what i was planning on doing with them but i've given the others away over time and they seemed to have worked, at least nobody ever said they didn't. They're the plastic case ones, not the wooden ones.

Shipping would be £6 in the UK.

the kawasaki is one of these http://tinypic.com/xc96gx.jpg (http://tinypic.com/xc96gx.jpg) obviously without the extra stuff on it.

Shipping to the US would be £8.50 - about $14

I'm in portsmouth, but seeing as i can ship anything up to about 15kg next day via courier for about £9 or less, or probably a bit less for a few more days, shipping really isn't that expensive.

Distance isn't really an issue within the UK.

It would take me a while to get the spare money for the kawasaki, so by all means Paul, if the fella above me wants it, ship it his way.

Hi matt, i can post the dinosaur thing in the UK for £5.

Have royal mail prices gone up recently? This seem to have suddenly become a bit more expensive.

hi paul ile give it a miss thanks for the offer its not the price of the postage just i wanted one for a while but really i dont need another toy to talk too right now !

ps yes royal mail have put their prices right up they are going bankrupt if you use their cheep options (2nd class) your parcel get free entry into a large skip! (landfill must cost them more than delivering it) shame really

shipping to Belgium for the dinosaurs game would be £8.60 via small packet airmail, which takes about 3 days. Mysteriously its £9.70 via surface mail. which takes 14 days.

erm................ somethings not quite right there.
