Title: Poly 800 Mod - Help Request

Hello, I installed the CB mod kit for the Poly 800 and must have done something wrong.  When I press keys, I can hear the envelope and amp noise and can effect it with the filter mod, but no tone.  I've tried the different settings on the FM mod but the result is the same for all of the settings except one, where the static/background noise sound changes but is basically the same.  I'm happy to include a photo of my connections on the back of the main board if it will help.
