Title: How to bend a walkman, so I can control the speed of the engine ??

Hi there,
I have seen this post about a mod on a walkman, to control the speed of the tape.. It sounds great I think but the guy who posted it have'nt shared info about how it's done, maybe someone else has an idea/advise??
I think this could be a nice first bend for me (yes, I'm all new  :D )
