If you phone that number (0121 288 8651) it redirects to the mobile number of a very nice woman in Cyprus who works for medextreme.com - I bet that costs her a *fortune* when people call it from the UK.  Note that because it's a UK PSTN number, it's at most a national call.

Ring her up and make sure she knows we don't like spammers.
