best LFO circuit

just wondering what people consider the best 9v (or so) LFO circuit.

something simple, cheap and using few components, but not one that will introduce noise or only have a square wave

one of the best lfo for 9v is from 4ms pedals stuff (all their schematics are very good) http://commonsound.org/tremulus/pcb2.4.1/schematic.pdf
the LFO part of the circuit is at the bottom best to bread board one and play about to get the right circuit for what ever u are doing
