Hi Everyone..thanks for look at the post.
I've just got a Yamaha VSS30 luckly i got it for 30£!!
I will like to bend it proper without fry it cos i will never get another one at that price.(it was listed on ebay as electronic first keyboard)
Advices/links/videos of your/mp3/anything will do.

Thats the RAM chip on the right. Short anything but the ground and +5v to each other.



Thats the ceramic resonator with one leg pulled from the board to install an LTC

Cool...thanks!! so the main scrambling sample area is in 1 IC..good!!
and the ltc works...wooo..sound already like i'm about to have fun!! i also have a midi kit..mmmm...maybe..but maybe not....mmm.....still thinking....

I found something really disappointing in that keyboard..""z-got no drum!!  ::) Why?
Not even Mr Casio would have done something similar!!...apart that i loves dogs,lions,and gospel chorus!!
...but yea!! even the dogcore!! was a rthm.........wait!!...did i tested right or i have forgot to press the button ""drum????...03:31 am mmmm....never too late to give it a go'!! ::)..
Thanks for the infos i heard around that-that is better than sk1 Samplewise..maybe z-gonna be interesting...
Thanks again as soon as i get a result i'll post a picture or something.

hey Simon well worth adding the midi kit that's what i did to mine it's pretty straitforward, but be sure to read the instructions for the midi kit there is different ways to set up the midi board, i fucked it up the first time i did it and had to resolder the resistors which was a bit of a fucker.  i like the sounds of this little beast.

...The UMR seems to be a very nice add on...i think i should.
I will read the instruction sure...i already had a bad soldering experience with it and desolder the transistor array was a nightmare...so bad..i had to destroy it and pull the little tedious legs one by one!!..nightmare!!!!!

Thanks for add some inspiration to my search :)
