TR626 any way to modify MIDI velocity out?

the unaccented MIDI out velocity from the TR626 is very low, when sending
to a receiving MIDI device. you have to add accent to get a regular playback
(maybe even max:+3).

could there be some way to increase the default MIDI out velocity to something
higher? (with a switch to enable it)
