6 position 2 pull switch wiring
« on: September 23, 2012, 03:13:09 AM »

hey guys not sure where to post this but its relevant to a DOD grunge pedal im bending. I found it in my box of old shit, plugged it in..it works but well, its a grunge pedal.  anyways spend  a lot of time looking around for good (or any) mods, and actually found a guy who explained some...anyways . I skipped component subs and just started poking around, and found a bunch of useful bends...now im thinking of wiring up all of them to a 6 position 2 pull switch from rat shack... am i just proving that im a moron ?  how would i wire this up?  im thinking the 6 way and wiring that to a 100k pot to adjust the modulation... all i can find is guitar wiring stuff. is this even going to work like how it should in my head?

It could work, but I'd recommend making them all separate, with pots and switches where appropriate. You'll often find that though each bend might be great in itself, you get even better results by combining them.
