Noob Question: Yamaha PSS-570

Ola!
I am very new to bending but very excited. I want to take the keys out of my Yamaha PSS-570 and replace it with something I can control the notes with CV (eurorack standard). Midi would be fine too i just figured it would be more difficult. 

I would also like to know some information on making or changing power supplies. IE: stepping down from 24V to 9V etc.
