Roland TR626 LCD Screen = 1502945B
Roland TR626 LCD Board Assy = 22585104

Roland TR626 Services Notes says - LCD | LD-B9171A (15029458)

Realistically you can't get one.
Those are Roland in house part numbers as its a custom made screen. You can't just get a drop in replacement from elsewhere and Roland haven't stocked parts for decades.
