ive just bent a planet education toy just with a pitch pot thats all and a jack output that breaks the signal to the speaker but i doesnt work when the speaker is disconected only when the speaker is conected i have read about this before but cant remember what to do any tips anyone

Replace the speaker with a resistor that matches the impedence of the speaker - 15ohm, 10 ohm etc.  The impedance should be marked on the speaker - the value does not need to be exact.

thanks ive tried that usiing a 16ohm resistor and nothing mmm i mite try a transformer ive had luck with a pizo buzzer that mean i can have a output but it still makes a noise which bothers my when iam using effects on the out put signal oh well  >:(
