dont know about definitive but to get you started you will need:
Soldering iron (pref with controllable temp)
pref lead/tin solder or you could use non leaded solder but that will give a weaker joint
7 strand wire
pliers
screwdrivers of different sizes
spst switches
spdt switches
on/off/on switches
rca socket/or banana plug or mono jack
i use a airbrushing mask to stop the fumes from soldering, but you can also get solder fans which have a carbon filter
crocodile clips
jewllers screwdrivers
Diff size potentiometers-1k,10k,100k,470k or 1 meg linear
a length of solid core wire, i use this for finding bends
