LTC1799 OSCILLATOR for Korg Poly800?

could the LTC1799 osc be used to detune part of the Korg Poly800's
osc tuning circuit? eg: tuning offsets, and maybe xmods etc. ??

all the Poly800s oscillators rely on same clock and the detuning isn't very
sophisticated. wondering if this would offer insert etc. points for different
clock divides
???
(and, theoretically could it be combined with the hawkmod/atomahawk kits?)
