Casio SA-76
« on: June 29, 2015, 09:28:40 PM »

I'd say this keyboard is one of the lesser known of the SA series. The PCM sounds are completely different than you are used to. Here are some of the good sounds:
77- Don't know what instrument this one emulates, but the reverb effect sounds a lot like the infamous SNES "wobble" effect heard on so many games
74-This seems to copy the choir sound on the Yamaha PSR 170
71- Typical "choir stab" soubd
68- The "NES" sound is very well emulated here :)
42- Also sounds like the Yamaha "choir" sound
39- Yamaha's AWM "harp"
33- Yamaha "synth bass"
17- Yamaha AWM accordion from the Yamaha PSR-75
14- Another SNES type sound
07- And finally, one of the classic FM sounds that you all know and love
Sorry for making you read all of that, will post sounds later, this is not circuit bent :)
Now, does this keyboard use the same CPU as the other SA-X keyboards, but just with more ROM space?
