2009 Bent Festival!

I don't know if anyone caught the post at Getlofi.com, but the NY Bent Festival is accepting submissions from now until Thursday.  The festival is April 16th to the 18th, and anyone around the east coast of the US should seriously consider going.  I played at last year's festival and was a spectator at the 2007 event and it is just the best thing ever.  Really inspiring to be in a big room full of circuit benders, and some of the real heavy hitters always show up with amazing work.

I could only make it on Saturday but it was a lot of fun! I caught the Lecture on the WTPA sampler which was really cool, I wish I could have afforded the kit. And I got to do the "mini rungler" workshop and went home with a powerful little noisemaking device. Maybe I saw some of you there?

Man, it was an awesome time this year.  All three of the nights were really strong.

You might see me up there next year! I'll be working on compositions and a live set this year now that summer's coming and I've got some time.  If not performing I'd love to at least go. 

Hoping I can go to circuitastrophe some time too, if not this year then whenever it happens.

 We have got a 20k sound system if you are interested in starting something up, all we need is a venue and you can leave the promotion to us! :)
