Various ICs
« on: March 08, 2009, 04:08:29 PM »

I've managed to acquire a whole load of IC's. I don't have the datasheets and I don't know what half of them are for, so if anyone is willing to shed some light, then feel free.
Here's the list anyways;

1x Z80A cpu
2x HM50464P-15 - x4 Page Mode DRAM
1x HN27C64G-15 - 64Kbit (8Kx8) CMOS 3-STATE UV-Erasable EPROM
8x KM41256AP-12 - 256K X 1 Bit Dynamic RAM with Page / Nibble Mode
13x M5L8049-577P - mask programmed microcontroller
5x 8140 / TMM27128AD-20 - 128Kbit (16Kx8) MOS 3-STATE UV-Erasable EPROM
8x 8150 / D27128A-2 - 128K (16K x 8) Production and UV Erasable PROM
2x D8048C - used in casio MT-40 according to Tablehooters
1x HD64A180ROP - C-MOS 8-BIT MICROPROCESSOR
1x D8255AC-5 - Programmable peripheral interface
2x ADC0809N - CMOS ANALOG-TO-DIGITAL CONVERTERS WITH 8-CHANNEL MULTIPLEXERS
1x P8279 - PROGRAMMABLE KEYBOARD / DISPLAY INTERFACE
20x TMM4164AP-15 - DRAM 64Kx1bit/150ns with 7-bit refresh
38x M3764-20RS - 64 kbit (64k×1) DRAM
69x MB8264-15 - 64k DRAM (4164)... suitable for doubling delay time on some pedals, or so I understand.
8x SN74LS245N - Octal bus transceivers
1x TC5565PL-15 - IIRC 8kbyte static RAM (thanks Gordon)
1X DM74LS154N - 4-Line to 16-Line Decoder/Demultiplexer
2x SN74LS74AN - DUAL D-TYPE POSITIVE-EDGE-TRIGGERED FLIP-FLOPS WITH PRESET AND CLEAR
3x SN74LS138N - 3-LINE TO 8-LINE DECODERS/DEMULTIPLEXERS
2x N82S131N - 2K-bit TTL bipolar PROM

I don't know if any of these chips work, but if anyone would like some then send me a message and I'll hook you up for a nominal fee. WOO... NOMINAL!
If you want photos, I can do that for whoever is interested.

TC5565 is IIRC a pretty common 8kbyte static RAM, used in a lot of 80s kit.

If at first you don't succeed, stick it through a fuzzbox.

So with these (if you were good enough and had a full schematic) you could re-build a casio keyboard?
