PCM Bending Tips
« on: April 07, 2009, 03:49:29 PM »

Do you have some tips regarding bending Pulse Code Modulation keyboards ? Like wit FM synthesis you can interupt the data line from the cpu to the fm chip.. Is there something similar with PCM ? Or is it just random ram chip bending ?

Ooops.. Pls. move to tips board..

I suppose it depends on the keyboard.  A lot of Yamaha stuff uses serial DACs which aren't as much fun as the parallel DACs in the Roland TR digitals and Alesis HR16 ;-)
